Standard Machine Film (CMF)
Description: Cast Machine Stretch Wrap offers a quiet unwind and easy release, making it a preferred choice for efficient wrapping. It is generally used for applications requiring 200-250%, with ultimate stretch being upto 700%; providing excellent load holding properties while maintaining high clarity for easy product identification. This differential cling film is ideal for economically wrapping pallets without compromising load stability, clarity, or cling.
Applications: Perfect for the beverage industry, bagged and boxed products, paper rolls, and general-purpose applications. Suitable for A/B-load profiles. It is also 100% recyclable.
Performance Machine Film (PMF)
Description: Our best-selling, Performance one-sided cling cast machine film is designed for high-speed applications. Can be stretched upto 300%, replacing thicker films for a lower per unit cost without sacrificing load containment. This film provides easy release and excellent cling, ensuring high clarity for product identification.
Applications: Ideal for bagged and boxed products, fully automatic equipment, bundling applications, high-speed overhead equipment, and loads requiring OSC and film clarity. Suitable for A, B, and C-load profiles, inboard/outboard loads, and distribution centers mixed pallets. Prevents pallet-to-pallet or wrapped product adhesion during storage and transportation. 100% recyclable.
Hi-Performance Machine Film (HPMF)
Description: High Performance Machine Stretch Wrap offers superior puncture and tear resistance with an ultra-thin design. It is used for upto 300% application providing the best load containment at the lowest per unit cost. This down-gauge film delivers easy release and excellent cling, maintaining high clarity for product identification. It is unique recipe prevents film tear resistance and puncture propagation when nicked in the wrapped load.
Applications: Engineered for a variety of wrapping applications, this film is perfect for high-speed operations and demanding environments. It is also 100% recyclable.
Ultra Hi-Performance Machine Film (UHPMF)
Description: Ultra-High-Performance Machine Stretch Wrap features a high level of puncture resistance and unparalleled load retention in thin-gauge materials. This strong, high-performance film is designed for high-speed, challenging applications. This formulation provides the best tear resistance and puncture propagation- due to multiple layers of film and unique recipe. Provides one of the lowest cost per foot options.
Applications: Ideal for inboard loads where increased stress may occur, this film prevents pallet-to-pallet adhesion during storage and transportation. Suitable for a wide range of applications, including high-speed and demanding environments. It offers perfect roll, edge profiles, and gauge consistency, and is 100% recyclable.
Blown Like Machine Film (BLMF)
Description: Blown-Like Machine Film (BLMF) is a specially engineered cast film that mimics the qualities of blown film, offering superior puncture resistance and excellent cling and generates the noise while having cling like blown film. This hand film provides enhanced toughness and resilience, making it ideal for wrapping irregular or heavy loads. With the durability of blown film and the smooth application of cast film, BLMF delivers the best of both worlds for demanding hand wrapping tasks and avoids telescoping which may happen with blown film.
Applications: BLMF is perfect for applications requiring strong cling and exceptional puncture resistance, such as heavy or sharp-edged loads. It provides excellent load stability and is well-suited for environments where extra protection is needed during manual wrapping. 100% recyclable, contributing to sustainable packaging practices.
Blown Machine Film (BMF)
Description: Our blown machine films- offered only in standard gauges- 60 to 120 ga- provide excellent quality, differential cling and great puncture resistance.
Applications: Good for applications requiring high cling and excellent puncture resistance.
